Another suggestion that has cropped several times in the last couple of years is to do away with our every-other month "Full-team Advisory meetings". Proponents believe that our time would be better used in monthly department meetings. Opponents prefer the opportunity to discuss what's going on in the team and plan for upcoming advisory events.
